MWR Card

The MWR Card enables civilians to participate in the MWR Mayport activities below. Invite your non-military friends to join the fun! 

Pick up your MWR Card application at MWR Administration (bldg. 414) during open hours or download the application HERE.
Send completed applications to nsmypt_mwr_mail@navy.mil. 

MWR facilities that participate in the program include:

• Pinz Bowling Center 
• Windy Harbor Golf Club
• Beachside Bingo
• Foc'sle Lounge at the CPO Club (all hands lunch)
• Bogey's Restaurant at Windy Harbor Golf Club
• Loggerheads Pub in The Beacon
• Ocean Breeze Conference and Catering Center
• Spinz Handcrafted Food
• Seaglass Wine Bar

*Individuals 10 and older are required to have an MWR Card to access Naval Station Mayport.
