Located just steps from the beach, the Sea Otter Pavilion is Naval Station Mayport's premier outdoor event venue. This spacious waterfront gathering space serves as the backdrop for many of the installation's largest and most anticipated events, including Freedom Fest, Eggstravaganza, Trunk or Treat, community flea markets, command picnics, family festivals, concerts, and special celebrations throughout the year.

With its open-air setting and close proximity to the shoreline, the pavilion provides the perfect atmosphere for bringing military families, friends, and the Mayport community together for memorable experiences, entertainment, and recreation.
